This is a shot of me taking a bath in my Memaw's sink (a long time ago).
So when we were at Nanny's a few weeks back. I had to get a couple of shots of Sara Beth doing the same thing. The sink is perfect for giving a little one a bath!! You will also see NO resemblance between her and I. Looks like I had nothing to do with it!!

Crazy!
This is a picture of Emma's 4th birthday. Be still my heart!! Isn't she the cutest? That isn't what I think is so crazy. Beside her is Leah, she had just turned 1. Can you see the resemblance in her and Sara Beth. It is unbelievable how much these two look a like (and scream a like!!). I just though it was interesting when looking at this picture. Thought you might find it interesting too.
Strawberries!
It's that time again!! A few weeks ago we went strawberry picking. We HAVE to do this every year. Emma LOVES strawberries! In fact, once she starts picking, she can't stop! She has a hard time letting them stay on the bush. It's the "just one more" mentality. She just can't stop herself! Here are a few shots of the girls and picking. Mama didn't get to pick any, Sara Beth's stroller didn't fit in between the rows. She had to be carried!!
Sweet girl in the strawberry patch.
One with Nanny and all the loot!!
I look at these pictures and am reminded how blessed I am! I love these kids so much it is scary.
Toothless Grin!
I love it, love it, love it!! I think she is super cute with that big hole in her smile. She was tickled pink when she saw her new smile. I must admit, I was too. Cutie!!! The one beside it is also loose. I told her to work on that other one, because kids that are missing their front two teeth are super duper cute! Oh, my Leah is growing so fast! Her legs are getting longer by the day. I didn't give her permission to grow this fast. Where does the time go?
8 Months!!
Wow it seems like these monthly post roll around faster and faster. Sara Beth is still growing faster that it seems possible. She is eating like a champ! Her sleeping has gotten SOOO much better. I usually put her down at night between 8 and 9 and she sleeps normally until 6 or 7 the next morning. It took her 8 months to sleep through the night :( . Emma and Leah were great sleepers so I was a little spoiled! She is getting around the floor where ever she wants, she rolls and scoots backwards on her belly. She is has been getting into the crawling position from the sitting position, but then flops down on her belly or face plants into the floor. She gets into everything. If she sees one little thing on the floor, she thinks she needs to try and eat it. Those tiny fingers picking up fuzz is so cute!! She is very spoiled, and doesn't like to be left alone AT ALL!! In fact, she will make it miserable for you to go into the other room even if it is for lets say 1 minute 45 seconds (which is how long it takes to cook my oatmeal). Then when you return with said oatmeal, she will make you pay for it the whole time you are trying to eat said oatmeal, by screaming her lights out. If you have heard the high pitch scream you know that sometimes it's just worth it to forget the oatmeal!! One thing that she has been doing lately that we just crack up at is shaking her head no (back and forth). You can talk to her and ask her questions and she will shake that head. It is hilarious! She is so much fun to have around. Emma and Leah are still big helpers and enjoy coming home from school and playing with her, Sara Beth enjoys it too!! I think she is up to about 18 pounds now. She is wearing a lot of 12 month clothes. I just can't believe how fast all of this is going by. Where did my little baby go?? We are all looking forward to the summer, it is going to be here before we know it.

What's This??
What is this that my cutie pie is sitting on?? That would be my table that is finally finished!! I am in love, and am super excited that it is finally in the house. Now I am looking for some miss matched chairs to go around it. Hopefully I can find some on craigslist or goodwill or something. We built this table from scratch and it took longer to finish than I ever expected. Life happens and other things take priority!! So glad to have it finished. Can't wait to have you over to eat at it.. watcha bringing?!?!
Great Wolf Logde
Over spring break we spent one night at the Great Wolf Lodge. We had so much fun! There was water everywhere, so I didn't get many pictures. This was Sara Beth's first experience in the pool. She did great, 2 of the pools started at zero depth. That worked out great, she would sit and splash, and reach out and touch the little fountains. Emma LOVED the inter tube rides. Todd and I would take turns riding with her. There was a wave pool and every so many minutes the pool would start having huge waves!! That was Leah favorite spot. We all had a great time and it was nice to get away for a night!
